This policy explains how FullTilt Teams handles information when you use our team-building games and related services.
Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide and run games, including:
- Account information: name, email address, authentication information, and account role when you create or use an account.
- Game information: team name, game registrations, answers, scores, leaderboard activity, and facilitator actions.
- Content you choose to submit: photos, videos, captions, and other responses submitted for game challenges. Photos and videos may include people or surroundings.
- Device permissions: camera and photo-library access only when you choose to capture or upload a submission.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, run and score games, display team standings, review challenge submissions, provide facilitator tools and event recaps, respond to support requests, and protect the service from misuse.
How information is shared
Game information and submissions are shared with the facilitator and other participants as needed to run the game, such as team names and leaderboard results. Submitted media may be viewed by facilitators for scoring and included in event recap materials when that feature is used. We may also use service providers that host the service or send account emails, and may disclose information when required by law.
We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app or cross-site targeted advertising.
Storage and security
Information is transmitted using HTTPS and game media is stored in access-controlled service storage. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and game information for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain game records. You can request deletion through Settings → Delete account in the app or through our account deletion request page. Deleting an account removes its authentication details and associated personal game data. A facilitator must first transfer or delete games they manage so that active events are not orphaned.
Your choices
You can decline optional device permissions, although a challenge that requires that permission may not work. You may contact us to ask questions about this policy or your information.

We may update this policy as our service changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date.
